The story so far

With the release of The Pensions Ombudsman’s (TPO) annual report and accounts for 2017/18, the most referenced subject matter was around transfers (20.5%) – adequate checks were not always being made for scheme members looking to transfer out, resulting in several high-profile cases which means protecting members from scammers is even more important.
