ITM’s focus on quality underpins all aspects of the business through a robust Quality Management System (ITM QMS) which governs all working processes, systems and internal controls. Under ITM QMS, regular internal audits are undertaken to ensure the highest standards are met and that business improvement objectives continue to progress.

ITM can only serve our clients by ensuring delivery to agreed quality – and this underpins the Company’s entire core and essence.

Information Security

The internationally recognised information security management system (ISMS) standard, ISO 27001 is based on the ‘plan – do – check – act’ model in common with ISO 9001. It uses risk assessment and business impact analysis to identify and manage risk to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. Increasingly our clients and prospective clients want to know how safe their IT systems are. More organisations now see certification to ISO 27001 as a prerequisite for doing business.

ITM continues to maintain both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 which underpin the internal QMS and ISMS system. The external audits are undertaken by Lloyd’s Register as part of maintaining our certification.

Cyber Essentials Plus

ITM are proud to announce the successful achievement of Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Cyber Essentials is a UK government scheme which was launched on 5th June 2014 to enable organisations to adopt the technical controls to help protect against common online security threats.

The primary objective for ITM’s security strategy is to protect customer data, adopting best practice in information security and always looking to improve the company’s security posture. The Cyber Essentials Plus certification demonstrates that ITM have strengthened the security assurance framework already in place through ISO27001 to further protect information from cyber threats.
