The Company was formed in 2003 by Guy Ridley, Grant Stanley and Daniel Hockley who, having identified a service requirement for data compliance within the pension administration industry, decided to build a proposition offering data audit, cleanse and migration consultancy. Since then ITM has cleansed and migrated several million data records – advising more than 1,500 schemes on data and benefit compliance, legacy system migrations and pension fund de-risking issues.
ITM values its clients very highly and are proud of the excellent record of repeat business. Every client project provides key learning points alongside the invaluable feedback received from clients.
Clients are not taken for granted at ITM. This is for a variety of reasons:
ITM prides itself on being innovators when it comes to data and systems services, continually believing in its ability to proactively provide clients with pioneering and leading edge solutions by breaking with the conventional mode of service and product delivery in every area of its operation through people, pricing and our system products.
ITM’s inclusive cost and delivery model provides clients with a range of flexible pricing and support models designed to ensure affordability and efficiency throughout the contract term. Additionally, the product range provides clients with unique web based system design functionality that can be taken either on a standalone or integrated basis.
The minimum overriding aim is to deliver to our clients on time, within budget and to their overall satisfaction. This is achieved through stringent project management methodology (a lite version of PRINCE2) and also through a robust business assurance programme that forms the basis of our ISO9001 accreditation for ALL areas of the business and across BOTH London and Guildford offices.
ITM work with a variety of clients across a broad range of business areas including pensions, financial services, HR and administration. The Company’s independence enables clients to trust in the work they receive. By working closely with prominent third party administrators, trustees and pension managers, have developed firm relationships with the broader financial services and individual and corporate pensions sector.
ITM continue to increase its capabilities and, from 2015, now serve new sectors – expanding from the systems and consulting portfolio – advising other financial institutions such as insurance companies, asset managers and wealth advisors.
ITM thrive on new ideas and continue to invest in building innovative solutions in preparation to meet the challenge of the evolving environment of regulatory change and consumer behaviour.
ITM’s core values of Innovation, Inclusivity, Integrity and Inspiration are built into the following guiding principles. Through them the Company continues to succeed as a company and as individuals:
