eArchive is a web based solution that allows for the safe and accessible storing of legacy data where the data still needs to be accessed from time to time, but is not key to be on an administration system on a continual basis.

With  legal requirements to store and retain data for a regulated period there is an ever increasing need for a repository for legacy data that may not be required for ongoing administration purposes. It is also key that this database is easily accessible, intuitive to use and can be integrated into whatever other databases are used.

eArchive can either be used as standalone software or used in conjunction with PenScope as an ongoing administration platform. Whilst the core of the system is generic eArchive can be bespoke as it is very rare that any two organisation’s data storage and retrieval requirements are the same.
