eAsE is designed to ensure employers comply with their auto-enrolment duties. This web-based software gives users complete control of the implementation and ongoing management of auto-enrolment, including the initial employee assessment, managing of employee opt ins and opt outs, issuing of statutory employee communications and ongoing record keeping to ensure compliance with the Pensions Regulator’s requirements.

How much does eAsE cost?

For Adviser firms using eAsE to access the L&G Worksave GPP:

The following charges can be offered on an Adviser led proposition due to a single point of contact for multi-employer use.

1. There is an initial charge of £100 for the set up and webinar training session*
2. The ongoing charge for using eAsE is £5 per month, per employer plus VAT**

* an installation charge may apply should external hosting, onsite project management or face-face training be required
** cost for employers with >100 employees will be scheme specific

For Employers using eAsE:

1. Initial Charges – Initial Purchase, Installation and training cost £2,500 plus VAT
2. Ongoing Charges (exclusive of VAT)

> A per employee per month, calculated on number of employees processed each month:

> £0.85 for 1 to 3,000 employees

> £0.65 for 3,001 to 5,000 employees

> £0.50 for 5,000+ employees

> Monthly system hosting fee £250 per month
