l&gITM has a strategic partnership with Legal & General (L&G) as a software technology partner for the SME auto enrolment market. ITM’s market leading software eAsE will now provide direct links into L&G’s single charge WorkSave Pension Plan. This will create an industry leading and streamlined software solution, including member assessment, communications and scheme setup through a single web portal.
Tens of thousands of employers will need to stage over the next 2 years. Advisers will need a single software solution that provides fast automated processes. The combination of eAsE and the L&G worksite plan will provide the fast and cost effective solution that the market requires.


How does eAsE integrate with pension providers? 

eAsE seamlessly links with many pension providers (through the use of dedicated pension provider ‘APIs’), including Legal and General. This allows for;

  • Automated setup and configuration of the L&G scheme (without any charges from ITM or L&G)
  • Automated data transfers to L&G for the employees’ contributions
  • Management of the auto enrolment process for the Employer

Intermediaries will find using this new approach to managing auto enrolment for their clients simple and easy. Further, we have a simplified agreement to licence the service to you which includes full training on how to use eAsE. We can even enrol your employers at a small cost for you if you prefer.


How we look after you

On going support to our clients is of paramount importance.

  • Centralised support is based in our Guildford office, and is accessed through the support email / phone line (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
  • The support team are cross trained on multiple ITM products so that simple enquiries should be dealt with in a single call
  • Our optional employer set up service (ie where we take the strain off you), which reduces the need for an in depth and technical knowledge of how eAsE works, means that you can concentrate on the day to day client care
  • Our support staff are both auto enrolment and eAsE experts – so will understand your issues and concerns
