The services that ITM provides its clients are varied - but all have one thing in common.
The services are centred on providing more effective administration based upon data, systems and processes.
The same philosophy applies whether this is in the corporate pensions or wider financial services market place. The need to rely on good quality data, up to date systems and efficient processes is the same. In addition there is the continuing growth in regulatory insistence on an improvement in delivering administration which means, as a minimum, that all involved in this area need to be aware of where their risks lie in delivery.
Further detail of what we do and how we deliver is found in the Consulting, Managed Services and Software Development area. The division of these services are briefly:
The services undertaken by the Consulting team encompasses the full range of what ITM does - but tend to be one off projects, albeit usually for our growing number of repeat customers. Consulting tends to be where ongoing or Managed Services clients get their first experience of working with ITM. The consultants work very closely with their Managed Services colleagues as their expertise is often required to deliver the longer term and more complex projects.
ITM have built a market leading position as an independent provider of pensions administration systems support. As this side of our business has grown significantly over the last few years, ITM now offers a structured and efficient back office pensions IT support function, either on a fully outsourced basis or on a more collaborative co-source basis. Central to this Managed Services approach are our 2 software platforms, PenScope and DAaRT. Our judicial use of technology allows ITM to provide flexible and innovative commercial terms to its clients who are thus prepared to commit long term to ITM.
Developing successful software is always a challenge. Our 2 main commercial products have been borne out of an internal requirement that has led to commercial development. Based on the successful launch of these products more of our clients are now turning to ITM to develop their own software tools. A key reason for this success is our own desire to automate as much as possible within ITM so we can reduce manual processes and become more efficient. We bring this same approach to external software development.
