ITM provides a range of IT and administration related services on a contractual basis to internal departments or organisations delivering administration. We aim to develop a strategic partnership with our clients.

Our clients need certainty of resource and cost that mitigates the inherent risk of change and/or growth. Our aim is that our clients' front office delivery is supported by a flexible and robust IT and administration support function.

Our managed services proposition provides

  • A way of partially or fully outsourcing a range of internal pension systems & administration support services to ITM.
  • A totally flexible way of reducing internal tasks and costs.
  • Access to PenScope pension administration system and data analysis and migration software eDAaRT
  • A potential TUPE transfer of systems / support staff (where relevant and desirable).
  • Access to ITM Resource Services (a pool of administration and technical staff to support you with short or long term on site data / systems & administration support projects).
