Clients are not taken for granted at ITM. This is for a variety of reasons
To this end, we have some fundamental 'ITM'isms' that dictate how we approach and deliver our work for our clients, and also our internal projects as well.
Our minimum overriding aim is to deliver to our clients on time, within budget and to their overall satisfaction. We do this through stringent project management methodology (a lite version of PRINCE2) and also through a robust business assurance programme that forms the basis of our ISO9001 accreditation that we have worked hard to gain for ALL areas of our business and across BOTH our London and Guildford offices.
After every project we undertake a review with our clients (face to face, telephone or email) to ensure we have delivered to their expectations. In the rare circumstance that we have fallen short of our very high standards, appropriate remedies are taken and rolled out via our Business Assurance process.
ITM values its clients very highly and believe we have an excellent record of repeat business from them. We also learn from every project we undertake for our clients and the invaluable input they provide back to ITM.
