ITM is managed by a team of directors, all of whom have more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry.

Each director on the management executive has a specific role to play to ensure that ITM delivers to its clients on time, within budget and to quality - whether that is ensuring our ISO based processes are adhered to or that the software we use to deliver is fully compliant and error free.  

The executive team is supported by an experienced team of managers who have responsibility for the day to day running of ITM - whether that is resource and capacity planning, delivering projects according to our own 'lite' version of PRINCE2 or ensuring that our staff are provided with the right support to deliver.

Our staff then deliver to our clients what we have been commissioned to do on their behalf. Our staff are what makes ITM the company it is. We place a huge amount of importance in ensuring that the staff we employ are right for our business and right for our clients - they do after all have the main day to day contact with our clients - and thus are in the main responsible for them coming back for repeat project work and for their retention.

We never forget that we are only as good as the last project we did and we never take our clients for granted.
