The ITM Quality Management System (ITM QMS) received ISO 9000 accreditation in September 2008.

The ITM Quality Management System (ITM QMS) received ISO 9000 accreditation in September 2008. Dan Hockley, Group IT Director commented ‘ITM QMS has long provided robust controls governing all ITM internal work disciplines. Much of our work is project related and has to be achieved to demanding deadlines. Clients rightfully expect high quality work and ITM QMS helps us to achieve this. Gaining ISO 9000 approval was achieved quickly and without the need for any major re-engineering of the existing controls in operation under ITM QMS. This was particularly pleasing and reassuring for clients and prospective clients considering ITM services’.
