ITM announce new outsourcing contract win with Punter Southall

ITM is delighted to announce that it has secured a significant new outsourcing contract with Punter Southall to provide Punter Southall’s PSL Systems (PSLS) software team with IT support services. This will include, for example, ITM assisting with programming and development of the Punter Southall proprietary PenScope administration system. As part of the contract, thirty staff from PSLS have transferred to become ITM employees from 1st July i.e. effective from today. Punter Southall have been a long standing ITM client and this is an expansion of our existing client – provider relationship with them.

We have opened a new office in Guildford where twenty five of the PSLS transferring staff will be based. Six of the PSLS transferring staff will be based in our London office where we now occupy the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors of 1 Gracechurch Street. Our new Guildford office has sufficient space for us to grow further over time.

This is a hugely positive step forward for ITM. We now have 52 specialist pensions data and systems staff based in two primary locations. This expansion is part of our strategy of growing and enhancing our outsourced support services for third party providers whilst continuing to develop our independent data and administration consulting services for trustees. We believe this expansion will benefit all of our clients.
