Third Party Administrators
We have extensive experience of working with Third Party Administration (TPA) providers and many are already our clients.
All ITM staff have worked for either a TPA or Pensions Systems Provider so we have an in depth knowledge and understanding of all pension administration process and systems.
Our Data Analysis and Cleansing Services are particularly popular with TPA's because our data analysis software (DAaRT) has a far greater interrogative and reporting depth than internal software. For many of our TPA clients we also undertake data migration and calculation specification, programming and acceptance testing services, arising either through a new business win or an internal transfer of data from one (legacy) system to another.
Working with us helps to free up internal resource and you can regard us as an additional resource to call upon on a one off project basis, either because you are in need of our expertise or you are pushed to meet difficult deadlines. Alternatively you can outsource some or all of your services to us on a more formal contract basis. We can either work with you on site at your offices or from our office in London.
We work to PRINCE 2 methodology using PRINCE 2 qualified Project Managers and have a detailed working knowledge and experience of all of the major pension software package providers.
