Company background and philosophy
ITM was established in 2003 and now has annual revenue approaching £2.5 million. We have 20 staff that operate from our offices in Gracechurch Street in the City area of London. Our success is founded upon being a niche market provider and by having an emphasis on a total quality ‘solution delivered’ philosophy. We have a unique, innovative approach to all we do and believe strongly in delivering ‘right first time, on time, every time’.
Who do we work with?
Our services are provided to a variety of organisations including Pension Software Providers, Third Party Administrators, consulting actuaries, auditors, Trustees with in house pension departments and Independent Trustees.
Service delivery
Depending on the nature of each project, we provide either a dedicated team or an individual team member to work on a contract basis. All projects are run in accordance with PRINCE 2 project management methodology and are headed by an ITM PRINCE 2 qualified practitioner.
Our approach is to undertake an initial assessment of the work in hand, produce and agree a detailed Project Initiation Document (PID) and then ensure that we deliver accordingly. Fees are structured either on a time cost or fixed budget basis.
